All prices in USD. Specific visit type is confirmed at booking; if a visit ends up requiring a different scope than booked, the appropriate fee applies. Prices are subject to change with notice.

What's included

• Time with the provider. The full duration listed is yours — no rushed slots.
• The care plan sent to you in writing after the visit.
• Electronic prescriptions when clinically appropriate, sent to your pharmacy of choice.
• An itemized superbill on request for FSA, HSA, or out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Prescriptions filled at outside pharmacies and lab work ordered through outside laboratories are billed by those providers separately.

• Self-pay model — paid in full at the time of booking

• HSA / FSA cards accepted where the issuer permits
• Superbills available within a reasonable time after each visit, on request

Why self-pay (for now)

Insurance reimbursement timelines and contracted-rate negotiation can take months and tend to push providers toward shorter visits. The self-pay model lets the practice spend the visit time it actually takes — without insurance overhead pressuring 10-minute appointments. As the practice grows, accepted-insurance options may be added; updates will go to everyone on the waitlist.
