Areas of Care

Comprehensive women's care, by video.

Five focused areas of women's health, all delivered by secure video to patients physically located in Florida. NP-led, evidence-based, and built around real conversations.

Comprehensive Wellness Assessments

A deep, personalized look at the whole picture — symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals — so the care plan is actually yours, not a template.

These specialized assessments are designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, ongoing hormonal shifts, recurring concerns that haven't been pinned down, or simply wanting a thoughtful baseline to build from.

What's typically covered

  • Detailed history intake (symptoms, cycle, sleep, energy, mood, sexual health)
  • Review of any prior labs or workups you've had done
  • Lifestyle and nutrition factors that affect women's health
  • Personalized recommendations for next steps — labs, lifestyle, supplements, follow-up cadence

Best for

  • Women who feel "not quite right" and want a clinician to actually listen
  • Perimenopause / menopause planning
  • Annual deep-dive baseline visits

Acute Gynecologic Sick Visits

When something feels off and you need a clinician — not a 6-week wait. Same-week video visits for new or sudden gynecologic concerns, with prescriptions called in directly when appropriate.

Common reasons to book

  • Suspected UTI or recurring UTI
  • Vaginal irritation, discharge, or odor changes
  • Yeast or BV symptoms
  • Bleeding changes or new pelvic discomfort
  • Birth control issues, missed dose questions, or side effects

What to expect

  • Same-week availability whenever possible
  • Symptom-focused intake before the visit so we hit the ground running
  • Care plan and any prescriptions handled before you log off

Oral Contraceptive Care

Birth control consults, prescriptions, refills, and the conversations that don't fit in a 10-minute slot. The pill works best when it's actually matched to your goals, your body, and your life — not just renewed by default.

What we cover

  • First-time pill consults — thoughtful match to your needs and risk profile
  • Refills with a real check-in, not a rubber stamp
  • Side-effect troubleshooting (mood, weight, libido, breakthrough bleeding, headaches)
  • Switching pills when the current one isn't working
  • Pre/post-pill conversations — what to expect when starting, pausing, or stopping
  • Discussing alternatives when the pill isn't the right fit

Best for

  • Starting birth control for the first time and wanting a real conversation, not a checklist
  • Refill check-ins where you'd rather review side effects than re-explain your whole history
  • Switching pills due to side effects, mood changes, or life-stage changes
  • Perimenopausal contraceptive planning

Urinary & Vaginal Health

Specialized focus on urinary and vaginal concerns — the topics often dismissed in a rushed appointment, treated with depth and discretion here.

What we treat & explore

  • UTIs (acute and recurring)
  • Bacterial vaginosis (BV) and yeast infections
  • Vaginal dryness, irritation, or pain
  • Pelvic floor concerns and referrals to in-person specialists when needed
  • Hormonal changes affecting urinary or vaginal health (perimenopause, menopause)

Prevention & long-term care

Recurring infections rarely fix themselves — we look at the pattern, not just the current flare. That includes lifestyle factors, hormonal context, and evidence-informed prevention strategies that go beyond "drink more cranberry juice."

Reproductive Health

Cycle care, contraception conversations, fertility-aware planning, and the ongoing questions that come with reproductive years — covered with depth and without judgment.

What we cover

  • Cycle irregularity, painful or heavy periods, PCOS-related concerns
  • Contraception consultation — what fits your goals, life stage, and risk profile
  • Birth control management and side-effect troubleshooting
  • Pre-conception planning and fertility-aware care
  • Postpartum follow-ups and ongoing reproductive wellness

What this isn't

This isn't fertility treatment (IUI, IVF, etc.) or obstetric care. It's the connective layer of reproductive health that helps you make informed decisions and refer to specialists when needed.
